NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
This Non-Disclosure Agreement is a standard written agreement between two parties regarding information such as processes, company practices, proprietary information and intellectual property. This is the first form needed in order to gain information and learn more about BIZNOVATOR Licensing. Once this form is filled out and emailed to either info@biznovator.com, we can begin to share information with you as an interested party.
CVI Assessment
The Core Values Index (CVI) characterizes and quantifies what Abraham Maslow called the unchanging, innate nature of a person that inscribes where a person can make their highest and most productive contribution to the world. The CVI is the only human assessment that uses strategic and tactical values in a forced choice format, to gain unequivocal insight into the innate nature of the person. Since the CVI is comprised of only positive values, no such negative disclosure is required, and no context is provided. The CVI provides a 97% repeat-score reliability, year over year.
BIZNOVATOR LICENSEE APPLICATION FORM
The Licensee Application Form does not need to be filled out with the NDA or the BIZNOVATOR Inquiry Questionnaire Form, but it is necessary in order to become a Licensee. This form is used to prequalify you as a BIZNOVATOR Licensee based upon all of your financial information, business experience, commitment to our mission, and responses from references. Once qualified, you will be able to take the next step toward becoming a BIZNOVATOR Licensee.
